Founded by two best friends in 1992, This prestigious real estate group and construction co in Vadodara, Banyan City has been committed to turning houses into residences and offices into productive workspaces, combining comfort, elegance and perfection.
Mr. Prakash Bhai Patel has established a solid set of values that have served as pillars of support throughout their journey. Through his very own firm, Rahi Construction Co, he has able to build tangible and everlasting ties with the patrons, backed by his belief in being directly involved in every project – right from the basic selection of materials to the picking of colours.
Rahi Construction Co was founded with the goal of assisting individuals in making their aspirations a reality. Rahi Construction Co. has strived to convert houses into homes and workplaces into productive workspaces that mix perfection, elegance, comfort, conveniences, closeness, and affordability since its start on September 17th, 1992.
We have been utilizing our talents and knowledge to dig deep and stand high in the Real Estate market for over two decades. Mr. Prakash Patel
Founder
Mr. Prakash Patel, a civil engineer, sought to combine his business acumen with his technical brilliance, which led to the establishment of his firm in 1992. Mr. Patel is recognized for his contagious calm attitude, for defying preconceptions on both operational and technical levels, and for always being one step ahead.
Mr. Rajesh Patel
Founder
Mr. Rajesh Patel has a civil engineering background. His desire for perfection and excellence in whatever he does distinguishes him in the industry. He reads philosophy and devotes his time to fitness and good health outside of the walls of his company.
